Ed, we ask that an immediate family member contact the parish office at 212-677-0516 and inform us of your hospitalization and details.  We respect the confidentiality of those who desire to keep their illness private.  Thus a simple phone call is all that we ask.  Do not assume that we are automatically aware of your illness.
